1. What Spark & Joy Kids Is

The Site is a brand website for Spark & Joy Kids — a source of premium, science-backed songs for preschool children (ages 3–6), available on our YouTube channel. The Site hosts brand and educational content, links out to YouTube for video content, and offers free downloadable printables and coloring pages for personal and classroom use.

2. Who This Site Is For

The Site is intended for use by adults — parents, teachers, and caregivers — on behalf of children. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), please use the Site together with a parent or guardian.

3. Using Our Printables & Coloring Pages

• Remove or alter Spark & Joy Kids branding on the materials.

All content on the Site — including the Spark & Joy Kids name, logo, character names and artwork (Spark, Joy, Fern, Seren), copy, and design — is owned by Spark & Joy Kids unless otherwise noted, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our brand, characters, or content beyond what’s described in Section 3 above.

5. Third-Party Links & Content

The Site links to YouTube and social media platforms (Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) that we don’t control. We’re not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party platforms — your use of them is subject to their own terms.

6. No Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” While we do our best to keep information accurate and the Site running smoothly, we make no guarantees that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any educational claims will produce specific results for any individual child.
